SHIPPING
All of our items are handmade therefore please allow 10-15 business days from the date of credit card charge for your order to be shipped. Actual delivery times vary based on postal schedule.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Our company is committed to providing our customers with the best service, possible, in making sure the merchandise is free from defects. We will do our best to package your merchandise. However, problems my occur. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to itsforyoudesigns@yahoo.com. If item is damaged during shipping item must be returned to It’s For You Designs. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
We will repair if the item is repairable and if not, we will replace the item with like kind of merchandise. If the company determines the damage was not caused during shipping, then we will notify you and let you know what repair costs are for you, the consumer.
SPECIFICATIONS
There may be variations of color or slight irregularities in the natural characteristics of the gemstones. This is specific to that item and should not be seen as defective. Merchandise is not water resistant.
